(d) As a requirement for an intermediate proficiency certificate, an officer must complete an education and training program on asset forfeiture established by the commission under Section 1701.253(g). (a-1) In this section, "private school" has the meaning assigned by Article 2.127, Code of Criminal Procedure. 1701.1523.
